Welcome

We are a couple ( Dutch and Italian ) who live in Catalonia for almost 30 years . We always were devoted to gardening , starting from a small vegetable garden and little by little we were gaining knowledge , we studied and experimented the organic and biodynamic agriculture and now it is our passion. We try to recover old varieties almost disappeared , especially tomatoes and original varieties from other countries ( South America , Morocco , etc.). . We like to plant flowers, first because their beauty always cheer up and for the pollination; they are never absent in our garden. We produce preserved vegetables following Italian recipes, or looking in old books or invented by us, using mostly products of our garden or buying them from organic producers . We also collect aromatical and medicinal herbs and we also produce artisan soaps . A very important activity for us is harvesting and storing seeds of all our plants for seedlings in spring and to offer or exchange them at fairs. In summer we can offer some of our fresh products of the orchard .

Our production is very limited and tied to the season, this ensures a good quality because we make all our products with calm and dedication following the guidelines of Slow Food , of which we are followers.
